The main activity is the organization of cultural leisure of residents Kalininsky district: implementation of theatrical and concert activities, holding cultural and leisure events of various formats and the organization of the work of circles and studios.
On February 3, 2025, the jubilee medals "80 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945" were presented to veterans and residents of besieged Leningrad in the Concert Hall. Acting head of the Kalininsky district Mikhail Astashkevich, deputies of the Legislative Assembly and heads of municipalities expressed deep gratitude to the heroes. The ceremony ended with a concert presented to the honored guests by Pavel Kuzmin, a combat veteran and medal winner of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, soloist of the vocal ensemble of the Cultural Center of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
